The cast parts obtained after the casting and molding process are ready for shipment after cleaning processes such as sandblasting and grinding after quality control. Sandblasting and Grinding processes are carried out with today’s modern work equipment, including automatic grinding machines, closed sandblasting systems.

HEAT TREATMENT AND SURFACE COATING PROCESSES
The cast parts produced according to the incoming demand or product specifications undergo heat treatment or surface coating and painting processes before shipment. These processes are carried out with the latest technology work equipment.
HEAT TREATMENT
- 1 Piece 2000x1400x1500mm size heat treatment furnace
- 1 Piece 800mm diameter heat treatment furnace.
SURFACE COATING
- Powder Coating Plant (With Heating-Drying Oven)
- Hanging dipping paint plant with fully automatic drying oven
